You pay:
One-time technology fee - HomeSafe licensees are granted exclusive and non-exclusive territory licenses/franchises to utilize HomeSafe's technology and methodology. For each unit purchased, Licensees will pay a one-time licensing fee for equipment, training and protected territory where applicable.
Royalty fee - A flat royalty fee will be paid on a monthly basis for the use of the HomeSafe equipment, methodology and name.
